Application of chromatography technology in the separation of active alkaloids from Hypecoum leptocarpum and their inhibitory effect on fatty acid synthase

A method that involved the combination of pH‐zone‐refining counter‐current chromatography and semipreparative reversed‐phase liquid chromatography has been established for the preparative separation of alkaloids from Hypecoum leptocarpum. From 1.2 g of crude sample, 31 mg N‐feruloyltyramine, 27 mg oxohydrastinine, 47 mg hydroprotopine, 25 mg leptopidine, and 18 mg hypecocarpine have been obtained. The structure of the new compound, hypecocarpine, is confirmed based on the analysis of spectroscopic data, including NMR, UV, and IR spectroscopy and positive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The known chemical structures were characterized on the basis of ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectroscopy. The purities of the five alkaloids are all over 92.7% as determined by high‐performance liquid chromatography. The alkaloids’ cytotoxicity in breast cancer cells is assessed by using a Cell Counting Kit assay and their inhibitory effect on fatty acid synthase expression is assessed by a Western blot assay. These results suggest that leptopidine could suppress growth and induce cytotoxicity in breast cancer cells and that the cytotoxicity of leptopidine may be related to its inhibitory effect on fatty acid synthase expression.     

An amphiphilic [2]biphenyl-extended pillar[6]arene: Synthesis,controllable self-assembly in water and application in cell-imaging

Synthesis and functionalization of novel macrocyclic host molecules are important topics in supramolecular chemistry. In this work, the first amphiphilic [2]biphenyl-extended pillar[6]arene (AM-[2]BP-ExP6) was designed and synthesized with poly(ethylene glycol) chains as the hydrophilic tails and a rigid cavity as the hydrophobic core. Due to its amphiphilic nature, AM-[2]BP-ExP6 could self-assemble to stable fibers in water. What's more, AM-[2]BP-ExP6 could associate with quaternary ammonium modified tetraphenylethylene guest (QTPE) to form a 2:1 host-guest complex, accompanied by significant enhanced fluorescence. Interestingly, different like AM-[2]BP-ExP6, AM-[2]BP-ExP6⊃QTPE host-guest complex self-assembled into fluorescent particles with diameter about 310 nm, the obtained fluorescent particles can be further employed in living cell imaging.     

Preparation of Lewis acid ionic liquids for one-pot synthesis of benzofuranol from pyrocatechol and 3-chloro-2-methylpropene

Several Lewis acid ionic liquids (LAILs) with different acidic scales were synthesised and used as catalysts for the synthesis of benzofuranol by condensation of pyrocatechol and 3-chloro-2-methylpropene in one pot. The catalytic activity of these ionic liquids was correlated with their Lewis acidity. Low to moderate conversion with excellent selectivity to benzofuranol was obtained in the presence of the appropriate LAILs. Compared to the two-step synthetic method currently used in industry, a higher yield plateau (81.1%) of benzofuranol was achieved in the presence of [BMIm][AlCl₄] IL as catalyst at 418 K after 4 h. Furthermore, the catalyst is readily separated from the resultant products via decantation and could be reused after treatment in vacuum.

MnO_2/NiCo_2O_4的静电自组装合成及其电化学性能

通过带负电荷的MnO2纳米片与带正电荷的Co-Ni层状双氢氧化物(LDHs)纳米片的静电自组装外加后续热处理合成了异质层状结构的MnO2/NiCo2O4复合物.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、拉曼光谱、原子吸收光谱(AAS)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其结构和形貌进行了表征.用循环伏安(CV)、恒流充放电和电化学交流阻抗技术对其电化学性能进行了测试.研究结果表明,该方法制得的异质复合物具有多孔层状堆垛结构,这种特殊的结构不仅增大了电解液离子的接触面积,而且还为其嵌入-脱出提供了有效途径.该复合物在1 A·g-1电流密度时,-0.6-0.45 V电位窗口内的比电容达482 F·g-1,优于纯组分MnO2和NiCo2O4的电容性能.     

SrF2和BaF2熔化温度的分子动力学模拟

利用壳层模型分子动力学方法,考虑萤石结构分子中的预熔化现象,对SrF2和BaF2的分子动力学模拟熔化温度进行修正,获得了高压下SrF2和BaF2的熔化温度．同时给出了300K、0．1MPa-7GPa和10．1MPa-3GPa时SrF2和BaF2的状态方程,与已有研究结果的最大误差分别为0．3％和2．2％．计算所得SrF2和BaF2常压下的熔点与已有的实验结果符合较好．对于SrF2和BaF2分子体积变化和已有的熔化模拟的差别也做了比较和讨论．     

姜黄素-硅胶吸附剂的制备及其富集分离饮用水中痕量铁铜离子

制备了一种新型姜黄素修饰的硅胶吸附剂,并以它为固相萃取吸附剂富集、分离饮用水中痕量的Fe3+、Cu2+离子,ICP-AES法测定。同时采用静态吸附法研究了吸附剂对Fe3+、Cu2+的吸附条件:pH、振荡时间、吸附剂质量、洗脱条件和干扰离子等。该方法适用于自来水、河水及海水中痕量铁铜的测定。
